Returns and Exchange Policy:

Don’t love it? We’ll gladly take it back. We just want to make sure you are fully satisfied with anything and everything we sell on the Joolkart platform from the moment you lay eyes on it (just don’t send anything back that you might truly love :-))

What is Joolkart's Return and Refund policy? How does it work?

Joolkart's returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Joolkart for any of the reasons mentioned in the returns section of the app/website within 3 days (please check product details page for additional details). If you don’t love the product, we ask that you keep it in original condition for someone else to love, including tags, packaging - the whole shabang. There are two ways to return the product to us:

  • Pick up: In most locations, we offer a pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
  • Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs in the form of Joolkart credits provided the product meets all aspects of the return policy and you have shared a scanned copy of the courier receipt with us.

During Pick Up, our delivery agent might do a quality check on the return - hope that’s okay. We just want to make sure the next fashionista gets it in the condition it was originally created.

This refund will be initiated after the product has been received at seller partners/our warehouse and has passed a quality check. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you. If you choose to exchange the item due to a size mismatch or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you. Please note that we offer you an option to exchange items purchased by you on Joolkart for same or different sizes of same style or for any other item of the same or different value from Joolkart (adjusted for price differences of course) within the specified exchange period subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. earrings must be packed in the original jewelry box, if any).
  • Net amount paid by you (excluding instant cashback/discount) to purchase original item will be used to calculate difference in amount between original and exchanged item which will be payable by you or refundable by Joolkart as the case may be.
  • Applicable refund for returns will trigger post successful pick of the original item from you.
  • Non- returnable products/categories cannot be exchanged.
  • Platform Handling Fee (as defined under ‘Terms of Use’) is not applicable to exchanged orders.
  • Joolkart shall reserve the right to restrict exchange of items purchased on Joolkart if customer in any way breaches or misuses this policy, as determined by Joolkart’s in its sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
  • Joolkart will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Joolkart would not be accountable for loss or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the customer.
  • If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  • If you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would be reimbursed subject to your return having met our Returns Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us. For self-ship returns, refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails, the product will be reshipped back to you.

To return a product to Joolkart, please follow these steps:

  • Create a 'Return Request' under “My Orders” section of the App/Website/M-site. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Please make a note of the Return ID that we generate at the end of the process. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode
  • We offer pick-up options in select locations based on our courier coverage.
  • If reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us

Pick-up: If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a shipping packet - the product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags must remain intact. Keep the packet ready and open to expedite the return pickup. Our staff may initially examine the product at the time of pickup and a further quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk.

Self-ship: In case your area pincode is not eligible for “Pick-up” mode then, please self-ship the product to our Returns desk. Please pack the product and ensure the product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention Order No and Return id on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. Kindly address the package to the address of the Returns desk closest to you. We have listed out the addresses of the Returns desk in another section on this page.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request on App/Website/Msite.

 

Refund Policy:

Refund against Cancellation:

  • Customers shall get Refund against Cancellation/Return of order or any failed payment by way of credit to the original mode of payment - Credit/Debit Card or UPI or Net Banking or Third Party Wallet.
  • No refund applicable for “No returns applicable products”, if denied at doorstep for prepaid order.

Refund against Return:

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers can choose to get their refund on Return(s) through one of the below options. The refund shall be initiated within 5 days from the date of return pickup.
    • Bank Account
  • Refund credited to the Bank Account provided by the customer at the time of initiating the return request.
  • In case of transaction failure due to invalid bank account details, Agoncap Technologies Pvt Ltd (d/b/a Joolkart.com) reserves the right to refund the amount to the Joolcoin account of the customer.
  • Refund credited to the Bank Account associated with the UPI ID entered by the customer at the time of initiating the return request.
  • In case the payment is made by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking or Third Party Wallet, you may get the refund within 5-7 working days. Kindly note that there may be delays in refund as they're handled by the Bank.

Refund against denied/canceled order by Agoncap Technologies Pvt Ltd (d/b/a Joolkart.com) :

  • In case of online paid order, customers shall get Refund against return by way of credit to the original mode of payment, like Credit/Debit Card, or Net banking or Third Party Wallet.
  • In case of refund by way of Credit/Debit Card, or Net banking or Third Party Wallet, you may get the credit within 5-7 working days.
  • While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, as the refund is handled by the Bank.
  • There may be a delay in refund timing and we have no control over that.

If the REFUND is not received by you in 7 working days, kindly contact us at our Consumer Care. We will follow up, until you receive your refund.
